Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear

<p><span style="font-size:12px"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif">Siege of Dragonspear is a major expansion to Baldur&#39;s Gate: Enhanced Edition - a refreshed version of the legendary isometric RPG. This production, originally known under the code name Adventure Y, is a link between the first and second installments of the Baldur&#39;s Gate series and offers about 25 hours of fun. Just like the previous games in the series in extended editions, this title was created in the Overhaul Games studio, i.e. in the development department of Beamdog.<br /> <br /> <strong>Story</strong><br /> The plot of the add-on is directly related to the stories told in Baldur&#39;s Gate and Baldur&#39;s Gate II, but in the expansion we face a new threat. After killing Sarevok (the main enemy from the first part), the world was theoretically saved from destruction by the evil child of the god Bhaal, but in Siege of Dragonspear it quickly turns out that the joy was premature. A sinister crusade is coming from the north, led by a mysterious and charismatic warrior called the Shining Lady. Rumor has it that she is, like the hero we lead, a spawn of Bhaal. The player must move to meet her, heading along with an armed expedition from Baldur&#39;s Gate to the ruins of the eponymous Dragonspear Castle, built on the portal to the Nine Hells, from which the demonic invasion of the Sword Coast was once carried out...<br /> <br /> <strong>Gameplay</strong><br /> Among the novelties prepared for the Siege of Dragonspear, in the foreground, just behind the new quests and locations to visit, there are four previously unknown companions to the team: Captain Schael Corwin (human archer), Voghiln (north skald), M&#39;Khiin Grubdoubler ( goblin shaman) and Glint Gardnersonson (a gnome combining the features of a cleric and a rogue). The characteristics of the new companions reveal another innovation - the ability to choose a shaman class for the hero. In addition, there were also new items, spells, etc. It is also worth mentioning the additional difficulty level - Story Mode - prepared for players who want to enjoy the story without tiring battles. Interestingly, there is nothing to prevent you from importing the game save from Baldur&#39;s Gate: Enhanced Edition to Siege of Dragonspear and continuing the game with the character created in the &quot;stand&quot;. What&#39;s more, after you&#39;ve finished playing Siege of Dragonspear, you can transfer your heroes&#39; achievements to Baldur&#39;s Gate II: Enhanced Edition, starting a new adventure.</span></span></p>
